The valve disc adopts a clamping structure that secures the sealing ring of the valve disc. It can be used not only in vacuum conditions but also under low pressure. The electric vacuum butterfly valve is designed and manufactured with a new structure that features a midline disc and welded short steel plate, making it compact, lightweight, easy to install, with low flow resistance and large flow capacity. It avoids the effects of thermal expansion and is easy to operate. There are no internal connecting rods or bolts, ensuring reliable operation and a long service life. It can be installed in multiple positions and is not affected by the flow direction of the medium.
1. Midline vertical plate structure with good sealing performance and strong fluid capacity.
2. Manufacturing cost is lower than other types of valves, especially for large-diameter valves.
3. The valve disc clamps the sealing ring for installation, making maintenance and disassembly convenient.
4. Wafer-type flange connection allows direct installation of the valve between two flanges.
