YNTO On-Off UPVC Double Union Electric Plastic Ball Valve
1. The internal components of the valve body are machined using CNC machines to ensure the sealing of the adjustment seat and the concentricity of the product's through hole.
2. Each ball undergoes rough and fine turning, followed by polishing, to ensure roundness, providing a smoother operation and reducing the risk of leakage.
3. The assembly holes for the valve body and valve stem are machined with specialized boring machines to ensure the reliability of the seal.
4. For sizes 2-1/2” and above, threads are formed by machining, resulting in a tighter fit between the nut and valve body, and higher strength.
5. 100% pressure testing is conducted on all valves before leaving the factory.
The Dual-Acting Electric Plastic Ball Valve is lightweight, highly corrosion-resistant, and incorporates UV absorbers and antioxidants in its materials to enhance weather resistance and aging performance. It is used in various fields such as water treatment, wastewater treatment, electroplating, the chemical industry, semiconductors, the energy sector, and chlor-alkali chemicals.
