The double-acting electric plastic ball valve is lightweight, highly corrosion-resistant, and incorporates UV absorbers and antioxidants in its raw materials to enhance product weather resistance and aging resistance. It is applied in various fields, including water treatment, wastewater treatment, electroplating, chemical industry, semiconductor, energy industry, chlor-alkali chemical industry, and others.
1. The interior of the valve body is machined using CNC machine tools to ensure thesealing of the adjustment seat and the concentricity of the product through holes.
2. Each ball undergoes rough turning and finish turning, followed by polishing, to ensureits roundness, smooth operation, and minimize leakage.
3. The holes for assembling the valve body and stem are machined using specializedboring machines to ensure sealing reliability.
4. Threads for specifications above 2-1-2" are machined to ensure a tighter fit between thenut and valve body, increasing strength.
5.100% pressure testing is conducted on the valve before leaving the factory.
