Pneumatic Fluorine-Lined Diaphragm Valves

The stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm valve uses compressed air to drive the diaphragm up and down, enabling control of fluid flow.

Description

Manual/Pneumatic Fluorine-Lined Diaphragm Valves

Operating temperature: -30°C+150°C

Working pressure: 1.0MPa

Applications: For abrasive and dangerous media cut-off and automatic control, used in stainless steel can not effectively resist its corrosive occasions, replace special materials of metal valves, in the case of large flow requirements, with lower torque. Reduced maintenance and lower maintenance costs.

The fluorine-lined diaphragm valve is a liner in the flow channel for corrosion-resistant performance. The product has good throttling characteristics, can be used for all kinds of corrosive fluids, as well as fibrous powder media, the valve body and the upper cover are separated, so that located above the diaphragm valve, the valve stem, disc and other parts are not corroded by the medium, eliminating the sealing structure of the packing, and will not produce the leakage of the medium.
