This product is an industrial - grade corrosion - resistant handwheel plastic one - piece flange diaphragm valve. It is specifically designed for the transportation of strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and high - purity media.


The valve body is made of PPH (polypropylene homopolymer reinforced) or PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), combined with an EPDM/FKM diaphragm. This configuration ensures excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life.


It is suitable for harsh working conditions in industries such as chemical engineering, electroplating, pharmaceuticals, and environmental water treatment.

The valve body, bonnet, and handwheel are all made of PPH/PVDF, with no metal components, eliminating the risk of electrochemical corrosion.
