ZJHPF pneumatic fluorine lined single seat regulating valve is composed of multi-spring pneumatic film actuator and anticorrosive through low flow resistance single seat valve. In contact with the fluid body inner wall and valve components are using high temperature molding lined with fluorine plastic process, coated with a layer of polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) and other anti-corrosion materials, can completely cut off the corrosive medium and body shell contact, with good sealing performance,, the fluid channel in an s-shaped streamline and small pressure drop loss, large capacity of valve, flow characteristic accurately, with electricity and gas valve positioning or pneumatic valve positioner, can realize to control the process of the pipeline automatic adjustment, widely applicable to strong corrosive medium such as acid, alkali and toxic, volatile, easy penetration control of gas and liquid medium.
