Nitrogen Sealed Valve
The nitrogen sealing device is composed of control valve, actuator, pressure spring, commander, pulse tube and other components. It is mainly used to keep the pressure of protective gas (generally nitrogen) at the top of the container constant, so as to avoid direct contact between materials in the container and air, prevent volatilization and oxidation of materials, and ensure the safety of the container. It is especially suitable for gas seal protection system of various large storage tanks. The product has the characteristics of energy saving, sensitive action, reliable operation and convenient operation and maintenance. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical and other industries.
The nitrogen supply device introduces the medium at the pressure taking point on the tank top into the detection mechanism through the pressure pipe, and the medium generates a force on the detection element to balance with the spring and preload. When the pressure in the tank is lower than the pressure set point of the nitrogen supply device, the balance is broken, so that the valve core of the commander is opened, so that the gas in front of the valve enters the upper and lower membrane chambers of the main valve actuator through the pressure reducing valve, throttle valve and throttle valve, and then the valve core of the main valve is opened to fill nitrogen into the tank; When the pressure in the tank rises to the pressure set point of the nitrogen supply device, close the valve core of the commander due to the preset spring force, and close the main valve and stop nitrogen supply due to the action of the spring in the actuator of the main valve.
The device adopts an internal feedback structure, the medium directly enters the detection mechanism through the valve cover, and the medium generates a force on the detection element to balance with the preset spring preload. When the pressure in the tank rises above the pressure set point of the nitrogen relief device, the balance is damaged, the valve core moves upward, and the valve is opened to release nitrogen to the outside; When the pressure in the tank drops to the pressure set point of the nitrogen relief device, close the valve due to the preset spring force.

The Nitrogen Sealed Valve is a specialized safety valve designed to prevent oxidation, moisture ingress, and hazardous gas leakage in critical industrial processes. By utilizing nitrogen purging or blanketing, this valve ensures an inert atmosphere within pipelines or storage systems, making it ideal for petrochemical, pharmaceutical, LNG, and semiconductor applications. Its robust construction and fail-safe design provide long-term reliability in explosive or oxygen-sensitive environments.
✅ Inert Gas Protection
- Nitrogen purging/blanketing prevents oxidation, corrosion, and moisture buildup.
- Maintains oxygen-free conditions for sensitive media (e.g., volatile chemicals, flammable gases).
✅ Explosion-Proof & Leak-Free Design
- ATEX/Ex d certified for hazardous areas (Zone 1/Zone 2).
- Double-seal or bellows construction ensures zero leakage (API 622 compliant).
✅ High-Pressure & Cryogenic Compatibility
- PN40 (400 psi) pressure rating for high-pressure gas systems.
- -196°C to 200°C (-320°F to 392°F) operational range (suitable for LNG, liquid nitrogen).
✅ Automation & Monitoring Options
- Pneumatic or electric actuation for remote control.
- Integrated pressure sensors for real-time nitrogen supply monitoring.
✅ Low Maintenance & Long Service Life
- Stainless steel 316L or Hastelloy body resists corrosive media.
- Self-cleaning seat design reduces wear in particulate-laden flows.
