The valve seat utilizes an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy operation. Different materials can be selected to suit various media, including water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, oxidative media, and urea. This valve is widely applicable in industrial automation control systems across industries such as papermaking, food, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, pharmaceuticals, and wastewater treatment.
1. The pneumatic thin-wall ball valve features an integral valve body without any pipe joints, which eliminates the influence of pipeline or bolt pressure. Additionally, the valve body is unaffected by pressure "surges" due to the absence of any pipe connections.
2. The pneumatic thin-wall ball valve has low fluid resistance, with its resistance coefficient equivalent to that of a pipe segment of the same length.
3. The valve body of the pneumatic thin-wall ball valve is shorter than that of a standard flanged ball valve, making it suitable for applications with a large number of valves on the same pipeline.
