The Pneumatic Flanged V-Type Control Ball Valve, paired with the YNTO series pneumatic actuator, is designed to regulate parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level. The valve core features a V-shaped structure that allows for changes in the flow area of the ball valve to achieve regulation. The rotational movement between the valve core and seat generates a shearing force that can cut fibers, preventing jamming. It boasts strong flow capacity, high regulation accuracy, excellent sealing performance, and a lightweight design. This valve is particularly suitable for regulating slurries, media containing fibers, and media with fine solid suspensions. It is widely used in industrial automation control systems across various industries, including paper manufacturing, sugar production, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, pharmaceuticals, and wastewater treatment.
