FIXED FLANGE BALL VALVE
Due to the unique characteristics of valves for long-distance pipelines, their ability to withstand pipeline stress, safety, weather resistance, and long-term reliability are fully considered during design; the entire valve and its parts are all castings. Flange ball valves are mainly used in various high-pressure medium pipelines in the chemical, metallurgical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Description
The main features of flange ball valve design are:
full diameter/reduced diameter; 90 degree positioning and locking structure; special form of "Y" head handle; fireproof and anti-static design; a pair of butterfly springs facing each other; blow-out proof valve stem; double sealing structure in the middle of the valve stem; bolt and threaded gasket sealing valve cover.
- Operating temperature: -196~450℃;
- Driving mode: manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic;
- Nominal thread diameter: 1/2"~12";
- Nominal pressure: 150LB~1500LB;
- Applicable media: water, gas, oil, natural gas and acid and alkali corrosive media.
Flange ball valve products adopt standards:
- 1. Actual and manufacturing are in accordance with API6D;
- 2. Structural length is in accordance with ANSI B16.10;
- 3. Connecting flange: ANSI B16.5MSS-SP44;
- 4. Valve inspection and testing shall be in accordance with API STD.598;
- 5. The socket end complies with ASME B16.11;
- 6. Threaded connection end (NPT) complies with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
