Pneumatic plastic ball valves are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and have excellent aging resistance. They are widely used in various industries such as environmental protection, water treatment, PCB equipment, electroplating, chemical industry, semiconductor, energy industry, and chlor-alkali chemical industry. The quality has been recognized by a large number of users.
Product features:
1. The interior of the valve body is processed by CNC machine tools to ensure the sealingof the adjustment seat and the concentricity of the product through-holes.
2. Each ball undergoes rough turning and fine turning before polishing to ensure its trueroundness, resulting in a smoother feel and reduced likelihood of leakage.
3. The holes for the assembly of the valve body and stem are processed using specialboring machines to ensure reliable sealing.
4. Threads for specifications above 2-1/2" are machined to ensure tighter fit between thenut and the valve body, resulting in higher strength.
5. Each valve undergoes 100% pressure testing before leaving the factory.
